Top Youtubers Violating SuperCell TOS

And yet nobody is talking about how people are now scamming apple for refunds for In app Purchase by minors after that Apple email. 15 year olds claiming their kid purchased gems and get refunded. then they get refunds of the refunds. If anybody see a guy named Chedda, he did this and scammed apple out of 10s of thousands of dollars. Pretty awesome eh?

How have you not been banned for your sig?

Edit: after looking at his latest posts i am now starting to think maybe someone else is using his account and trying to get him banned.

A couple of the top YouTubers are in clear violation of SuperCells Terms of Service.

• You shall not have more than one Account at any given time, sell or give away your Account, create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself; You shall not use the Service if you have previously been removed by Supercell, or previously been banned from playing any Supercell game;.

I have watched a few were one has a defenseless account and a main account.

My question is if SuperCell clearly knows that these players are in violation of TOS. Does that legally undermine the integrity of the entire TOS.

Good points you raise, I've even seen some of these you tubers with a great role on these forums, leave clans for moral reasons, yet have the multiple accounts as you said as well as discussing assisting touch exploit to stay online as well as having known fluffy bunny users in their family of clans. I think it's about who you are and how the rules apply to you. With what you bring up and with what I've seen, the TOS seems to be more or a formality than something enforced.

What youtubers do are in-game stuff too you know.

If they openly show on their videos that they are h@acking for gems, eye-modding and sandboxing bases, etc, should they be reported? I'd think so.

Also, i'd think twice before belittling a forum Mod's influence on your in-game account. Although they are volunteers and not SC staffs, they do have close and regular exchanges with SC, and part of their job is to relay information to SC be it forums or in-game.

In they are ♥♥♥♥♥ing in game And posting it that is different.

And I wasn't attempting to belittling them. I was stating fact. A mod here has no official power over the game. If a mod pm'ed me and told me to do something in game there is no legal reason for me to listen.

If you're trying to say they could influence sc 's staff to punish me for it then that could fall under consumer protection laws and there are a lot of poeople who take that seriously.

It was a simple statement if fact. I haveno horse in this race. I just think technically the thread stater us right but I don't like hall monitors. Especially since it doesn't effect him at all.
