TH8 Upgrade Log & Is upgrading tesla worth it?

I'm regretting to not max my tesla tower. High lvl ones, can kill a lv6 archer in ONE HIT. Yes, one hit. And it hits quick, so it's worth upgrading.

Yeah i've realised that myself recently and i'm like, "wow. how did i not see this? why did i even move to th8 without upgrading these teslas" And its better to stop regretting now and get to as quick as possible and focus all your builders on them

I simply cannot understand the underestimation of teslas and CCs. But hey, the worse your defense, the better chance I have at looting you.

The chances of you finding me is very rare :P But yes, i did underestimate the teslas until now. CC, i had never regretted upgrading them, but I just don't want to do them with all the teslas at that puny low level.

I say you should upgrade your teslas because the higher you are and the more intimidating you look, people with PEKKAs will begin to attack you. For example, a guy attacked me with 2 level 3 PEKKAs and lost due to my level 3 teslas. I do suggest upgrading them, however if there is a extra wizard tower or whatever remaining, them do do that first because 1 tesla is less important than a wizard tower.

Thank you for that little piece of evidence :P But, if you've noticed on my upgrade log. All teslas are at level 1 and 2 of my wizard tower is at level 5. Level 5 looks quite intimidating just because of the level 5 wizard sitting on it. So, as far as gold upgrades go, i'm solely focused on getting teslas to level 3. Once that's done, i'll most likely slow down and do 2 teslas at a time and go do some cannon/archer tower upgrades.

Update: 12H left of my balloon update. Which Spell should i upgrade next?

Upgrading my CC will be one of my last gold upgrades since i'm really content with 20 troops and that 1.8m gold can be used on my defences.

You have a lot to learn my friend. Your CC is a defensive unit, and it's the most powerful defense unit you have. Upgrading CC should be one of your first upgrades each time you get a new town hall level. Five additional level 5 archers will provide 100 DPs.

...can only agree, I did max my teslas at th7 last, so that's what I did at TH8 too....what a mistake !! For only then did I realise that at TH8 there's three (!) more lvls to go up for teslas and then they were by far the strongest defensive building, true no splash damage but at a firing rate so high, and dps above all other....would have been no question had I known...
not least: all that building time toward the end, hmpf,would've been better alongside other upgrades.
I got wise, the first defencive upgrades I did at TH9 were (and still are) teslas....nearly finished though

mhmm but atleast u upgraded them at th7. I really thought they were just another weak little defence that just slows down attacks and never cared about them.

Update: 2 more raids and I will be able to upgrade third tesla.
