Love the idea! I think that the whole thing is great, but here are some things I thought of.
Defensive fog:
Yellow: heals the building that was damaged a small amount if no attacking troop is in range.
Black: If a troop is in it's range, it will send a billowing black fog to deal maybe 15-20 damage on all the troops in it's range.
Blue: Makes a fog of pale blue vapor go around the base until it finds a troop or a group of troops, then freezes it/them temporarily for 1.5 seconds. The black and blue fog occur randomly when a troop is in range of the outlander.
Offensive fog:
Red: causes 30 damage to all defenses in it's area.
Green: Instantly causes 50% damage to all clan castle troops no matter what kind.
Purple: for 15 seconds, all buildings in it's range will be lowered health by 50%. The fog will swirl around the buildings to make them weaker. Random with red fog.
There are some things I would like to say though. The outlander should have low health so it is not too overpowering, but can be shielded by giants. But because the troop is so powerful, it should be like the wizard. Low health but kind of magician looking, a big person with a wand and a dark cape. That's it! Let me know what you think of the idea.
