Okay so maybe im being daft here, and hes trolling people but if hes being serious thats not cool... (see attached pictures to see the guy ask for people to háck) he sounded like he at keast knew what he was talking about. from the sound of it it seemed he'd hácked into the global chat and could see what users were sending which data packets. And to be honest I was encouraging him by jerking around.

But I realized midway that ticking this guy off wasnt worth the chance he was legit. Does anyone know if its possible to do what he's claiming? and if he does do it, if its even possible to reprimand him? Again, I understand that he could be trolling...

Naming and shaming isn't allowed. If you wish to report this player do so by sending support an email using the in game report an issue feature.

He's 100% trolling. The game is server sided, and I'm completely sure he hasn't manage to h@ck SC. Nothing to worry about.

Anyway, OP, there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Global chat trolls are exactly that, always take everything you hear on there with a grain of salt. There's isn't really anything else to add here, so I'm closing this.
