Turn off you device, think about your life commitments and responsibilities, realize how insignificant this is to the big picture that is your life. If you still don't see it that way, i suggest counselling.

Thanks for your advice. But i thought about that and planned ahead my day tomorrow already, now what i want to do is clash and they take away my boost so i can't finish upgrading my walls!!! ahhahaha fml

I boosted as well... I don't buy gems so it was a rare thing for me... 6 minutes warning is not enough.
