Clan Wars ♥♥♥♥♥s?? Please answer ASAP

Hi,
I've heard from several people and supersteve about this "airplane" mode and clans being split up because of it. Call me dumb or whatever, but can someone just tell me what it does? And how its different from the eye mod that is already available and working?

What's so difficult about READING a forum ?

Noticed the the top thread of this forum started by Supersteve ? the one with the sticky ?
so why not reading it first before opening a new thread ?

No offense but this has been brought up countless times before. So yes, we have a right to be a bit mad... Although, he could have said it nicer

What happens is Airplane mode disconnects you from the servers, leaving you free to raid without consequence: other than unethical gameplay and taking advantage of others. You still have your troops, it's like the raid never happened: except you know where the traps are, what the CC troops are, etc. I extremely dislike this sort of game exploit.

So what's the difference between this and the eye mod that simulates attacks? And why hasn't SC put a stop to all the eye mods and the ghosting?
