Dear supercell,

My village had been played by some other people three times in one week.

Here the list of report that i send from the inside game support, but so far none reply i got.

Stop sending multiple tickets. You will need to wait for a few weeks to get a reply.

Sorry this happened to you..

You can't change the name.

It seems either someone has access to your Game Center info, or there is another device out there with your Apple ID/Game Center attached to it. Any old iPod touches you gave away without wiping?

I can't really help beyond that, but if it happened to me I would change my Apple ID and Game Center passwords.

Do you use Blue_Stacks?

If you do, clash does not support you in any way. This is familiar when people use It.

If not, someone may have accessed your Game Center, you probably told a friend or family member, and now they are controlling your game. I don't think a ♥♥♥♥er would care about a Clash village, At least not as low as you are, they'd probably go for someone higher.

Hello SuperCell,

Any news about this, i am keep getting this, now almost everyday i play the game, it is always so me a message "Another device.... connecting...."

then i will keep press the button to reload, after 10-20 times i hit that button, i got my village back under my control.

I had make sure not any device in my house that can play my CoC village, i had uninstall CoC app from any iDevice at my home, and log out all the game center too.

Now there is only two device that i can play CoC, my iphone and my ipad, both of them are with me form morning to morning (24 hours, when i am sleeping i put on the pass code, so nobody can access my device).

I had read a couple thread in this forum, and seem that i am not the only one that have this problem.

Please give some help to us, my gems always at 1 gems now, the other person keep using it for something stupid.

My elixir and Dark Elixir always run out, the other person used it too.

I Hope SuperCell can fix it soon, as most people say at their thread. The Apple stating the same thing to me, My Game Center is secured, nothing wrong with it. It Must be "Linked Device" feature that the game have.

So i am assuming, There must be something that Supercell can do about it. It is the feature inside the game.

Please Help?

This is just some idea to help fix this thing for every one :

Why don't SuperCell put password at every village?

- people need to fill that password for the first time they load their village.
- give option whether we want to keep fill the password every time we load the village or not
- give option for player to change they village password.

this way, i beleive i can stop that stupid and moron person for messing around my village.

Hello Super Cell Support,

Is there any news / update yet to help me about this?

Now the other persons, not only using resources. It keep cancelling all my upgrade.

I can not progress in this game anymore.

1. Cancel two of my Tesla upgrade (only 1 day more to finish from 14 days upgrade)
2. Cancel my laboratory upgrade (only 1 day 16 hours more to finish from 6 days upgrade)

And it keep move out my village from my current clan, and go to his clan with only one members. something with the name of "Bryan..."

Next time, i will take a screenshot of it. Hope it can help Support fix this.

All i can do now is keep online as much as i can in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

So when i see the message "Another device is connecting....." i need to keep pushing "reload" button, until the other person stop try to connecting to my village.

Please help me, i had invest so many time in this game, i really enjoy this game.
