Clan Wars TH9 Help! Strategy Needed For Now

Hello fellow clashers, I am here today to ask a question for a semi-new town hall nine. I have been in several wars and using various strategies of all drags, or a weak GoWiPe, but I don't seem to like these strategies. I know that most of you will say "Use hogs, day r opz az heck", I will be upgrading them soon, so FOR NOW, I need a strategy to hopefully take out a decently upgraded town hall 9 and get a two star, here are my troops.

Barbarians- LVL 5
Archers - LVL 5
Gobs- LVL 5
Giants- LVL 6
Wall Breakers- LVL 5
Balloons- LVL 5
Wiz- LVL 5
Healer- LVL 3
Dragon- LVL 3
Pekka- LVL 2
Minions- LVL 3
Hogs- LVL 2 Soon to be 3
Valks- Screw valks
Golems- LVL 1

Heros- Barbarian King LVL 5
Archers Queen LVL

Hopefully some of you can help out and I would rather not burn 300,000 elxir but if I have to, I have to!

With what you have there max dragon with 4 rage is your best bet for 2 stars.

If you want to take it to the next level and start 3 starring ppl then Lvl 5 hogs are by far the most effective th9 strategy. I can 3 star most th9s with 28 hogs and 2 witches in my CC.

Also, get your balloons to lvl 6 and your minions to lvl 5. You can 2 star a lot of th10s even with ITs with a good miniball strategy (throw in 2 dragons with 20 balloons) and a dragon in your CC.

what level are your heroes?

I have maxed TH9 troops except for valk and golem, which I don't use right now.

I can wipe 95% of TH9 bases in clan wars, and a bunch of premie TH10s, even with lvl 1 infernos if they are placed poorly.

I do so with giant healer strategy, with 8 hogs support. my heroes are lvl 15 and 13, and I bring 3 heals and a rage to the fight. save 2-3 heals for the 8 hogs, and use the rage for either the giants or the heroes.

I also bring a 30-space CC full of wizards, or dragon + minions.

I fill the rest with wallbreakers, barbs, archers, 4 wizards.

Use 6 Wall breakers, 16 giants, and the rest wizards. They kill.
