The clan ranks that we have right now are not working people don't feel like they're achieving anything and they don't feel like they're part of the clan as just members. Ranks make people feel like they're part of the whole group. Rinks also make people feel like they're achieving something you're working towards a goal of betterment in the clan itself, and it's rewarding to them.
