♥♥♥♥ed account?

Ok so every day for the last week or so i keep getting a message pop up saying there is another device connecting to this village. What does this mean? Does it mean that someone has ♥♥♥♥ed into my account and is playing my village? How can i stop this from happening? I have changed my password on my apple ID but that hasnt seems to of worked so i come to the conclusion that he has registered my account to one of his game center accounts possibly? I have emailed supercell about this countless time but as usual 😞 still no answers.
Can anyone help?

And what am i supposed to do until next week? i mean its not like this guy who has H A C K E D into my account has spent 4289 gems that i have bought and was saving for my next upgrade? its also not like he keeps leaving all the clans i join?
