    Lost my village!

    I linked my alternate village and now i can't access it. How do I get it back? Account name is Collin and clan is canada domn8

    Well you might have screwed it up, but if you didn't try logging into gamecenter again (or google play) and it might show up. If all else fails email supercell and they can restore it for you.

    not familiar with android, but the way it works with ipad/iphone is as long as your logged into your icloud account, you can access your clash account. Log into to google play or game center im assuming and you should see your account again? Hope this helps

    I use Apple for both accounts. iPhone for one, and IPad for the other. I tried deleting the app and re-downloaded it

    Hi,

    If you weren't connected to G+ you have to contact support.

    Please follow these steps:


    1. Open Clash
    2. Go to in game settings
    3. Make sure you are connected to a G+ account, your old village will get linked to it.
    4. Press Help and Support which is found via the in game settings menu.
    5. Press Report an Issue.
    6. Press Other Problem.



    If you can't access the in game report an issue feature please email support at clashofclans.android@supercell.net



    The following information will be required:

    Name of the old village:
    Name of the clan your lost village is part of:
    Town Hall level of the lost village:
    Date and time of your last playing session on the lost village:

    If you have emailed them directly you must include the details of the new village as well!

    It is recommended that you DO NOT PASS TOWN HALL 4 on the new village, this may cause problems in the recovery procedure!

    Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

    Support may take up to 2-4 weeks to reply.

    Feel free to post the ticket number you receive, through an automated response after you send it, here.

    If they don't reply within 4 weeks you can post on your thread re-stating your ticket number.
