A ban button in clans or a black list option !

I remember being kicked out of this clan... 20 mins later I tried to join again and it said: You have been banned from this clan! This also happened with my friend. Not sure how long you get banned though. So try letting them in then kicking them out. It should stop them coming back for around two days, and they will get bored of coming to a clan every two days to curse. Hope this helps ��

Thanks Gub , We've tried everything , the reject ban lasts for 24 hours , then the harassment starts all over again ��
I suppose if it was only one person that he will get tired , but it seems that they are taking turns ��

if it is as described this is a clear breach of the terms of service, please can you screen shot the incident and email support via the in game reporting tool > cog icon > help and support > report a problem

This is rare but sometimes happens with online games the quicker you can report it the better but they will need evidence in pictures.

I'm a huge fan ☺️

Support just replied to my email a few minutes ago and I've sent them all the information and screen shots needed.
Hopefully they can prevent this from happening to others .

You could try raising the trophies, once you have enough members for your clan, you could raise the trophies quite high, high enough to stop the rude people from applying, again this is only a suggestion, but I personally think this would work, good luck!
