A ban button in clans or a black list option !

We are being harrased and bullied by another clan members , they keep sending inappropriate join requests full of insults and censored words .. Our clan has underage kids, and just having to deal with this like 30 + times a day is overwhelming and making this game pretty annoying , not to mention that we have lost so many members who could not deal with all the cursing and insults !

They have 49 member , 30 or more of them have decided to do this as a daily routine!!

We have already contacted support with no reply yet .

Since the names in game are similar in a very annoying way , it would be nice if we could ban certain people or accounts from being able to send join requests to our clan for good

Or have something like a black list to prevent certain players from trying to join , so that we get to know that it is the same person not a similar name ! Probably an IP based ban


Or at least do something about people who are abusing the request button to send vulgar messages

Make your clan invite only for about a week then they will go away

If you put it on invite only, invites will still come through, it should be a CLOSED clan

We've lost so many members because of this , making it a closed clan will not help us recruit new members nor know if any of our old friends is coming to Join or visit .

We are literally starting over after these guys kicked most of our members and left to make their own clan !

I remember being kicked out of this clan... 20 mins later I tried to join again and it said: You have been banned from this clan! This also happened with my friend. Not sure how long you get banned though. So try letting them in then kicking them out. It should stop them coming back for around two days, and they will get bored of coming to a clan every two days to curse. Hope this helps 😄
