i dont know what is happening, but there is no enemy, will the battle day be exactly the same as preparation day?

You should post this in bugs and fixes.

If you are new to clan your are under cool down so you dont get to see prep and war day or if you have no war shield may be same thing .

Actually, I think you can still see who is in the war, but you can't be in the war
