Can lvl 2 dragons handle lvl 1 x-bows?

So I'm thinking about attacking a premmie th10 (I'm a th7) for clan wars with my typical 8 drag, 20 archer, 20 barb, drag in cc, 2 rage, and 1 heal strategy just to see if I can handle it since it would be the toughest base I've 2 or 3 starred ever. However, I have some questions about x-bows...
1) This guy has 2 x-bows and the info says 100 dps per one. Is this reduced when it is pointed up? Because both are up right now.
2) They're pretty close to the edge of the base, with the air defenses on the outer layer so I know without the x-bows, I would definitely 3 star him. However, I'm just wondering what you guys think: should I bring along 2 heals and one rage? Or are the x-bows easy enough to take care of?

Idk if you can do it but definatly use rage on the xbows/AD not heal

Hm... where are the x-bows again? I didn't understand it. ...I'm not sure, but I have always found rage spells more useful than heal spells, but then... I barch.

So on the bottom corner, he has 2 ad's exposed to the outside, and in his second layer from the bottom, there are his 2 x-bows right next to eachother :P

Alright, A) xbows will do the same damage regardless of which way they are set (air and ground or only ground)

b) it depends how you deploy your dragons, if you put them all in one spot or spread them out, it would be advisable to use 2 rage and 1 heal because they are on the edge and you can kill em easily with a rage on top,

beware, you might not have a lot of experience raiding town halls lvl 10, but i can tell you that they have a lot of buildings and 50% is a bit harder to acquire, so for the war sake! make sure you get that town hall! the last thing you wanna do is get 0 stars!

Thanks for the advice! I know I for sure can get at least 2 stars but the x-bows may be the determining factors on whether or not I get 3

Xbows level one do less damage then a cannon level nine. They're horrible but they shoot fast. Take them out after you take out the air defense. Use rage spells.

Can you post a picture of the base or at least tell us the clam you are up against?

The clan I'm facing is DAVAO'S FINEST3 and the player in question is second in their clan.

xbows at a lower level are pretty useless and you'll have no problems. We have heaps of our TH7-8 mass drag bases with L2-3 xbows in CW and it is fine. Heck, L1 xbows are no match for healer/giant combos even but I agree that with CW you should stick with the mass drag.

So yes, your drags will have no problems at all, but it of course depends on so much more than that. Base layout, other defense, your deployment etc.
