We used to have an open clan, and it was too hard to keep track of people coming and going, kicking out people who took 100 troops and didn't donate a single one. Is this person still playing? They haven't asked for troops in 3 days... We would start a war and 4 people would leave... you can't get far in this game if you are hopping around. We reward eldership and don't give it away, it should mean something. We also have a Facebook page where we post awards and participation stats... and even have clan member names up on our character banner. We have members ranging from level 32-65. The only thing we expect are players that play and share. We have a good core, but would still like to add more!!
