Xbox without any doubt. It's actually an archer tower with different rate of fire ...
Lvl 4 xbow DO need a huge buff (something like +15 dps at least) ...
and please .. don't talk bad about teslas ... it's the best freaking def in the game ... can mow down a full army of archer because of insane dps and ROF ! Plus it's hidden, it's perfect as is !

I voted xbow and archer towers. Im the only one who voted archer towers?
xbows: its overrated because people are really scared of it( and i was too when i first got into th9) but it has a low increase to each upgrade. I was even afraid of lvl 1....
archer: so much gold and low damage and time it takes to shoot. Cannons and teslas are better because of the price and damage. Archer towers just arent worth it. Go to the clash wiki and compare the cannon and tesla to the archer tower

I would say teslas because they "hide" (can tell where they are for looking for empty spaces). They have short range, kinda pricey, and are made to protect againer pekkas. Hardly anyone uses the dumb pekka anymore. Xbow in second tho.

Tesla.. It's every new Townhall 7s dream to get a tesla but at level 1 it has less damage then a level 8 cannon. Sure it might be nice against PEKKAS, but if a Townhall 8+ decides to use PEKKAS on you then you're pretty much done for anyways.

It'd be walls for me, I guess. Millions and millions spent on some legos so that maybe, just maybe, a guy raiding you will need two wall breakers instead of one to get through a layer. Or so, you know, hogs jump and dragons fly past them.
I've promised myself not to upgrade the walls further than lvl 8, or at most lvl 9 in my entire playthrough. It won't be a hard oath to keep considering how much of a pain in the ♥♥♥♥ walls are.

Walls: expensive and they don't even do damage
Barbarian king: too easy to kill, can't use ability, and is very slow
Inferno towers: don't get me wrong their great, but costs a ton and its hard to choose between the two modes. Each mode becomes useless if someone uses the counter to it. Multiple targets cant do anything against Gowipe and single cant do anything against hogs.
