Please Improve the Leader Options

Hi ,

ive got some ideas that can be useful for the leaders and also its needed

1) If you please just reduce the time of each mail from 12hours to 6 or 8 hours only for leader

2) Mail sending Option to Ranked Members ( Co-Leaders & Elders ) and All Members

3) also Upgrading dark troops is so hard , cant find enough dark elixir for updates

4) and we also need some new flags of historic countries,we'd appreciate it if you add em
