I've still got my three Xmas trees but haven't had a gem box. Does having Xmas trees mean I can't get a gem box?

Now you know another person who has gotten the big goose egg 0. No gem box for me. I don't expect one either.
I never got an xmas tree either.

I've had 2 already on my second . I think it depends on activity the less you play more chance of spawning

There are plenty threads discussing about the gem box.
The forums would be a total mess if we have every user who doesn't receive a gem box creating new threads complaining about it.
