Add bannishment checks next to someones name if they were banned from global. (Rep)

If someone was banned from global they get a red check next to their name, the more they are banned the more checks they get thus their reputaion gets worce and worce. (helps clans decide who to let in to their clan or clans). This could be exploited because people report for no reason, so there should be a swear word checker, the checker checks the reported msg and checks for cuss words if ones dectected the report is valid, if not then the report is discarded, (only intense cuss words, if mild ones are used then the report will be discarded).

The checks will look like this

Because I seen threads and heard from others that if you get reported by people you will be banned from the chat a bit, regardless if it is valid or not. This idea would just make that problem worse
