It could be me, And bug out on everything a lot, But this has happened before. Or it could be everyone bugging out.
NOTE: A refresh in the page does fix this, I just find it weird seeing this from time to time. (I won't report this as a bug, I don't think this is much of a concern for the web team. As it doesn't affect users, And this thread was only asking if you've had this before)

Rarely happens to me...but occasionally...
Pretty much the same occurrence for me as well. But yeah, a refresh fixes it... I'm sure someone here understands all of it

I have other problems: impossible to login sometimes. The welcome screen shows, then when I refresh or go to another page (my profile), it looks like I'm not logged again. Happened multiple times per day. Annoyed me so much I have to check "Remember me" (never need to use this one before).
Some other times wrong credentials notice and I have to wait 15 minutes or longer (didn't really chronometer that)
I suspect there is something to do with caching (same file is cached and is not updated everytime), cookies and stuff like that.
