and he should do these tests on each townhall level and trophy number (or leagues). It might take a lot of people but i think it will be helpful to did the best trophy range.
Lol proof is a pretty strong word. Here has been my experience. Before the last boost maintenance break, I was out of the match system for a month. Suddenly dropped out, now I am very active, so not sure why, but I did not get raided on a match until the maintenance break for the 1 gem boosts.
After the one gem boost break, but before clan wars, I noticed a drop in loot initially, and saw less inactives. After the clans wars update, I am now seeing significantly less inactives, I find one every 50 bases, were I was seeing them every 20 bases and before that every 10 bases. What has also changed in gold 1, is that this used to be where th7s and th8s roamed, now I see more th9 and 10s in gold 1. I am finding loot, but most of the bases that have anything are pretty tough for what you get, like a hard th9 with 156k, 136k, and 560 dark, not bad, but pretty tough considering I will have to use heros and spells to take it, than I will be without those in the next raid.
I am now living on actives, which takes a different strategy and mindset. Mostly I just seem to be a trap magnet. If you have traps, I seem to find them. I am not the typical farmer, which just hits inactives for their storages, I usually destroy the whole inactive base, as they often have loot still in the collectors. I am getting by, but hardly thriving.

TH 8 never even had any loot problems...
If loot is good for one person, that does not mean, Supercell have done anything to the loot. I say, if you keep searching, one day, you might get lucky.

LOL, guy does 4 raids and calls it "proof".
Need 100+ raids to even BEGIN to formulate a hypothesis, which would then need 1000+ raids to even BEGIN to validate.
No one takes science classes anymore I guess...
You only raid bases that have updated the game, so after the updae, like RIGHT after it, there is a desert out here.

Lol, this is hilariousNice, n=3. That sum nice scientific experiment indeed. I have during the last week watered my flowers three times. After each watering, it has started to rain during the same day. The only logical conclusion has to be that me flowering plants causes rain. Thus, I am god, but everyone knows that Dimebag Darrel is god. Thus, I am Dimebag Darrel but Dimebag Darrel is dead. This leads me to conclusion that I am indeed dead but this contradicts the premise of this study; me watering my plants.
This is of course an analogue to not jump into conclusions based on limited evidence and study. Man I had too much fun writing this post
