Unfair Raids?

So I'm trying to save up for an X-Bow after my Town Hall upgrades... but I've been getting raided to many times, losing TOO MUCH loot each defense.
I can't put my Town Hall outside my walls because of Clan Wars.
What do I do????

life wasn't meant to be fair....but here's a tip...a few hours before war battle day begins...toss ur hall outside..get a free snipe and shield...place hall back in center...wait for battle day to start so it snap shot ur base.....remove base from center....carry on.....good day to u sir

Level 78 isn't really premmie for just getting TH9...

I never thought raids were ever fair in this game :/ how many of us here actually waste time attacking people the same strength unless we're trophy hunting or in the master league?
