Well, in the tutorial you end up as a level 2. You need to have a level 3 town hall before you can get a cc. That shouldn't take too long, but saving for the cc will take a bit of time at a new level.

If you play hard you can do it in a couple of days but if you take it slowly maybe a week. Of course, you could join today if you gem

Start now, play hard for a couple of days and then join boggers united
