Yeah, it would make the events kind of pointless if we got the rewards regardless of whether we earned them or not. Still, I'm feeling disappointed, I put in 151 cakes. Oh well, I did get coins and xp and vouchers, but I wish I had that cute basket too...

Oh, but some of us are on limited incomes and that amount is their entire monthly income. Maybe the landlord will give em a free month of rent and maybe the food from their farm will sustain them.

Yeah, I agree...still sad but agree. As I say sometimes, we do not get rewarded for effort but for the final product. And in this case we did not make it. Oh well

I had a feeling we wouldn't reach the goal... 161 million carrot cakes were too much... I finished my goals in the second day... helped one other farmer and even started send more... oh, well...

also... I saw way too many farmers out here asking for white sugar, cheese and even carrot cakes in their boats...

I'm disappointed like everyone else but what fun would it be if winning was guaranteed? I think that's silly and would make for a boring game. Taking on a challenge every once in a while and failing won't kill you. In fact it usually makes your successes sweeter.
