I agree, the server is what keeps ♥♥♥♥ers away, take that away and they can do whatever they want. Also how would the server know that you collected your resources if you're offline? They most you could do with an offline mode is maybe view your village but that's it.

While an interesting idea, it is not technically possible.

Your game (Your village/account) is not actually stored on your device- it is stored in the servers in Finland. Wen you have an internet connection, your device is able to talk to the servers and can therefore access your village. However, when you have no internet, there is no way to connect to the servers, and for all respective purposes, your village does not exist when you are not connected to the internet.
