If the device has a unique id of some sort remember, people can play on multiple devices. How would SC know which to ban in an automated fashion?

In order for SC to do something about it, the OP needs to report it to support. They certainly can sort out who the fake is with some detective work.

the advice you have been given is correct, if you contact supercell support via the in game reporting function (cog - report a problem) then the queue is about 2-3 weeks long, longer is you emailed them directly.

There is no need to send multiple emails.

Good luck, you might want to change your passwords if you re-used them on other things.
