Details: I just started this clan today; and I am looking for clan members! This clan will be a great place to have a fellowship with each other in the Lord, if that's what you are looking for. However, as this is not all that we will talk about, ANYONE CAN JOIN! I REALLY need a core starter group for this clan! THANKS!
Goal: My main push for ~Vigilance~ is to achieve as much trophies as possible, but make sure to keep your defense strong as well!
Base requirements: Because I am just starting this clan, and I am not a high level (I had to delete the app and re-download it), I am not very strict on what your base looks like, just as long as you have 400 trophies and have a decent base with some walls.
Behavior and Maturity: I expect that anyone who wants to join my clan will act maturely. This means no cussing, no obscenity, no crudeness, and no putting down other members.
Age level: I'm not really picky about age, just as long as you can act maturely, as stated above. Ages can range from 14 or so on up, but I can make exceptions. Some leaders think that a clan should only consist of one age group, but I disagree. I think that we can all communicate and joke with each other just fine, no matter the age.
Troop donations: I will require that each person donates at least 50-100 troops every week (this may change since the clan might not have very many people to donate to). This may seem like too much but if everyone donates, then everyone's clan castles will be maintained. The type of troops should be the BEST that you have or second best. Obviously, if your best is a dragon, and a member's clan castle isn't big enough to hold a dragon, you may deal with it according to what you have and how much space they have.
Clan wars: If a co-leader wants to start a clan war, they MUST notify me first. Also, if another member wants to start a clan war, they can either relay the suggestion to a co-leader, or message me directly. During clan wars, all clan members not participating in the war should donate generously to support those who are.
Promotions:
Do NOT ever ask for elder or co-leader. If you do, you will be kicked after a warning. If I or one of my co-leaders thinks that a member deserves to be promoted, we will discuss whether or not that member deserves it. Promotions will most likely be given to those who are active and donate troops very often.
You will most likely get elder if: You donate 150 troops in a season. (Since we're just starting out, and there might not be very many people to donate to, so this may change)
Demotions: As with promotions, no one may demote another member without first discussing the issue with me, or passing it up the chain of command.
Kicking: Especially with kicking someone, you must take it up with me or take it up the chain of command.
