i agree to the post. sick of war every other day. donating troops to castle which even dont count in clan donation. if i donate 8 dragons then i should b recognised as a high donator. but no way for others to know that who sacrificed his elixer for them and sometimes recieving junk in war castle without kicking the junky out. so no its not really much of a fun. and the loot reward hardly covers the battle troops. donating high level troops just making high level players of clan poorer

Of course though this is open to constructive critisism

Theoretically it should require you to be searching for a match in order to have war declared. You're saying that isn't the case?
If so, that should probably be reported in the bug forum.
Funny thing. This is already the case. Interesting seeing people agreeing or complaining about being in war when they dont want to. Why? Because in order to be in the war matchmaking, you MUST have a coleader or leader declare for war. If you are in war and nobody admits to it, then somebody is lying.
Both clans must be in matchmaking to be matched up and you must declare war to be in matchmaking. So what you are asking for is already the case in the game
Honestly, I think there's an issue with the "cancel" button. All these "we REALLY didn't declare war" posts can be easily explained if canceling the search doesn't always work, and I think it doesn't. My theory is that clans get matched up pretty quickly, almost immediately in some cases, but the game takes time to prepare for the war (set up the war zone, determine who's in and who's out, make sure only the right people can access it, etc.). If this is indeed the case, hitting "cancel" may not work if the two clans are already at war but in the pre-prep day period.
This could be the source of all these "unstarted war" complaints. As a leader, I can attest to the fact that it is easy to accidentally hit the Start War button, since the clan wars tab is right above the mailbox, which I visit often. Thus, it's possible that a leader or co accidentally hit the button to send the clan to war, but then canceled it and thought everything was ok when in fact the war was too far along to be cancelled. I may be completely wrong, or simply crazy, but having read quite a few complaints, this theory may make sense.
