    Cause the system rounded your DE bonus down to the nearest 500.

    You probably got less than 500 total as war bonus? If so, then this was rounded down to 0 due to whatever excuse SC thinks of. Anyhow, this new maintenance will correct the rounding algorithm so hopefully we will all get better dark at the end of our next war.
