From what i can find on the forum the loot penalty seems to be as follows (a very unmathamatical explanation).
you can loot 20% of storage up to 198K
50% of collectors can be looted
plus the 1000 in the cc
someone that is one TH above you can only take 90% of that total.
If this is right and i am a TH8 how is it possible for a TH9 to loot over 300K from me? I do not hold in my collectors, ever(unless i am asleep), and less than 10 minutes prior to this raid i emptied my collectors.
