My golem is 5 and pekka 3.. I onow what gowipe is and how to use it but how to i get pekka to go to core..they NEVER go where i want them to..say there is an opening with a path straight to the core..no building s distracting and a builder but halfway around the map..yup thats right..pekka goes for builder hut getting zapped by lvl 7 teslas'so along the way..so my main question is how to control your pekka?

You can't control them. To be sure they go where you want them to go by clearing the path, clearing ouf outside and far buildings, and finally cross your fingers.
Some people use the opposition CC troops and/or heroes to lure them in; works especially well if you can then freeze the suckers. Basically, if enemy troops are in range of your units, they prioritise them as their target.
Also, sounds like maybe you have cleared *too* much of a path? You just need to clear the immediate surroundings, especially those outside the walls, not clear the bits inside the base before you drop your pekkas. You want your pekka to see their closest target as inside the walls. Be sure to bust those walls open! Basically, it's all about precision timing, as you need to deploy a lot of things quickly in the right order, so you need to have a clear plan before you begin.
Finally, depending on the base and how many pekka you have, you might actually want one or two pekka going around, to distract defenses - I got about 80% on a TH10 with full collectors recently, where I sent two inside and one around either side.
Have a look for some raids on youtube. In particular, my favourite GoWiPe specialist is Tobi Kaiser he uses it all the time, but Ruthless Barbarian has just released a video of him doing a good job, too.
