I keep/collect the seasonal obstacles - I have 4 xmas trees. My first gem box is perfectly placed in one of the corners of my map and I don't want to remove it cause it looks so cool
I would like to confirm if wikia is correct re: 1 gem box at any time...
Gem Box
The Gem Box is a mysterious box packed with gems! You can only have 1 gem box at any time in a village. Clearing the Gem Box costs 2,000 Elixir, takes 30 seconds to clear and will give you 25 gems.
If you don't clear the gem box another one will NOT generate... I recommend you clear it ASAP
That is correct only 1 at any given time will spawn.
I've had two since the update, one at the start when a lot of people got them, and I got one today
(I did clear both as soon as I got them)
So yes, clear it now, as you are missing out on moooooar gems!

according to SC, we are supposed to get 1 gem box every week even though it's very rare.
I am yet to get a second one T_______T'

I got my first one on the day of the update. I kept it for a few days, because I too, thought it looked so purdy. 😉
I got my second one about two days later. I harvested that one within minutes of finding it and showing it off to my clan mates. 😁
