Believe me, as an avid WB user, I was hoping I was wrong as well. This is one time I would have been happy not being right. =(

Coming from someone who had mastered the first WB AI - I've had good luck so far. Two raids and 15 WBs later I've only had one misfire. And I attribute it to myself for starting the WB too far back from the wall and where I had dropped the first.

So far i'm impressed... but apparently the minority...

Wow they do suck. After blowing a hole 3 walls wide in the outer layer, they continued to attack the outer layer rather than going to the second layer.

Sorry Supercell, but I'm very disappointed with the new wb AI as well. First raid, the WBs ignored the spikes, but didn't deploy straight ahead consistintky. Second eaid, two rows of walls with buildings in between and storages beyond. Old WB would drill towards cenrer, but the new WB just kept expanding the hole in the outer wall.

Have you been able to go 3 levels deep in a segmented base? They work fine in a normal base with just 3 single layers. But layers with segments they are stupid...

Do they ignore spikes now? Also, how about when you release ten at a time? Do they burrow in.

    For Balance?

Maybe they made the AI for WBs worse due to the fact there are two new troops that can avoid walls altogether? If WB's were too good then there would be no use for walls at all. Just an idea.

Basically a series of squares is the best wb defense now since they will continually go for junction points.
