Members: Currently 37 and climbing, but we have people joining just to "try out" a Clan War and then hopping around to do the same in other clans (a problem I think most clans are having right now)...so I am looking to recruit ONLY members who donate and request fairly, read messages/clan info from leaders, check in, and show up to Clan Wars to do their battles as best as they can.
We are looking to remove inactive and low-donating members who missed battles or don't seem interested in Clan Wars and replace them with loyal, quality members. We have an adult-run clan with mostly teens and adult members. We like to have fun, but we are very organized and have Clan Wars Guides available for every member and have our Rules & Requirements for membership available to read before joining.
I remove all 0 -0 members who are inactive through one battle and/or one season. We do a minimum of 1 battle per week, starting our map search on Thursday (so prep and battle fall on Fri/Sat) for now. All members of the Clan are counted into the map search and expected to do their 2 battles. This is a Clan requirement.
We are active, fun, drama-free, ego-free, and don't promote based on trophy count or level. All members are treated fairly and all rules apply to everyone equally.
