Level 1 (minions) at TH 7, and levels 2 and 3 at TH 8.

Well, let's be fair to my dancing partner, Marika. These estimates are... aha, estimates. And the earlier an estimate, the rougher it will be, in-game and in-real life.

There was an update from her a few posts back and she updated the estimate to only another hour. So, let's not count the minutes from that post. It will be soon.
