it may or may not happen - it's just a glitch that happened with previous updates - i would assume they fixed it by now.

If u released WB in seperately, they tend to aimed at first layer a.k.a nearest outer walls.
you have to release MANY in single tap for them to work properly into second or deeper layer.. Video clip shown in facebook wasnt true at all.. I guess this is why they have maintenance again..
