Thread: lost village (verifying I took appropriate steps)

    They can't change the leadership problems, maybe get in touch with one of your co's are get in the clan with your new account and move the members to a new clan?

    Most of my friends are the COs (we talk on a regular basis). We've taken a lot of time to filter out members and now we have a good group; one inactive account isn't enough to start a new clan.... it's just frustrating having a Stonehenge during your clan war that can't be booted because it's the leader.

    GOOD NEWS! (and it only took 11 weeks)

    So I got a reply from Supercell support, it's not a resolution mind you, but they did make contact with a response. If anyone still has a ticket around #2910703 and is still waiting they may get to you soon. Have hope yet!

    week 18.5: SUCCESS!

    for all those that are still without a village. This post is made to report my success and problems to avoid.

    1. If you aren't greatly invested in your village, just start a new village (I would have if the situation was different)

    2. If you do want your village back, DO NOT USE YOUR RECOVERY ACCOUNT TO RESTART THE GAME. I blame the length of time it took to recover mine on this. Apparently gaining above level 4 town hall causes problems (apparently 7 additional weeks worth of recovery efforts).

    3. If you do start back from scratch on your recovery account, DO NOT EXPECT TO KEEP THIS ONCE YOUR VILLAGE HAS BEEN RECOVERED. I lost approx. 2 months worth of upgrades after one recovery click.

    Thank you to all the S.C. supporters (especially shivampaw) that gave me pointers in this endeavor. To everyone else, I hoped this helped and your recoveries are quick and painless.

    What lvl town hall did u get the new account to?

    Good question. I was still at lvl 7 th, but almost fully upgraded about to advance to th 8.

    question about getting villiage back

    Ok so i just submitted my lost villiage request today and provided all kinds of details and even exact up to date pictures of my lost village. Once i get a reply back sometime in the next 3 to 11 weeks how do they give you your old villiage back?

    Did they link it to an email?

    Did they provide a link code to just link it to your device?

    Im at TH4 now on my temporary game until i get my TH9 back. Should i not go past TH4?

    They will email you and then provide a code to link it to your device. Based on my post above, I WOULD not go past TH4 with the google+ account you used to submit the ticket with. It will get overridden and it will take longer to recover your TH9 once they contact you the first time.
