    No. Your village will stay on the other device.

    I see that you do your best to help many people on the forum site with the same problem that I have. I have been desperately trying to get help restoring my son's lost village for almost 2 months now. The original request (#2898119) was sent April 13, 2014. Jay with Supercell support responded by email a month later on 5/12/14, with instructions which I followed. I started a new village, attached it to my son's Game Center, then sent in a new request through the "help and support" on the new game. This action generated a new request number (#3348967). I emailed Jay back when his instructions were completed. It has been almost another month (in 4 more days), and I have not heard anything, nor has his old village been restored. It has become increasingly difficult keeping our current clan from kicking him out for lack of participation. Please advise!

    Hi,

    Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.

    Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.

    Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.

    Nothing to be sorry about. I (as many others should do) will continue to work, sleep, eat, and repeat. So with or without this game, life is good and we will endure (although based on most of the posts on this thread you wouldn't realize it).

    Well, the big kahuna. Double digit anniversary come and gone with no new activity. So question for those that know a thing or two in the workings of SC, when is an appropriate time to submit another ticket?

    I would have given up on this village a while ago except for two things:

    1. I'm stubborn and like to see things through, and more importantly
    2. This village is the leader of our clan. I assume transferring leader status would be just as hard as finding the account (since it will have to be done anyway), but should I submit a ticket anyway?
