    Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.

    Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.

    Thanks shiv. You wouldn't happen to know a ticket number that was recently completed do you? (Just so I could have a reference to their progress)

    Week 8 and no response. I'm recording this more for documentation purposes than anything else. I expect there will be no additional insight into how SC is progressing? I hope others are having more luck than me, but if not... know you're not alone.

    As much as this is frustrating, please remember the participants on this thread are trying to help the best they can with limited resources... they deserve our thanks.

    hey I was wonder, I have connected one account to two devices, and I want to change that. I have logged in on one device with a different Game Center account, and it gives me a message saying delete this village and switch it with this new one, will it delete my 1st village one my other device.

    My original request was #2898119 sent on April 13, 2014. Got a reply by email from Jay with Supercell support with instructions on May 12, 2014. I followed the instructions, then sent a reply email back to Jay. I have not heard anything since. Just thought you would be interested in knowing that your misery is shared.
