The Eclipse - An innovative TH9 base designed for Clan Wars

first of all, thanks for this awesome base design. I made some changes which makes the base even better. Mane purpose of the change is to make it harder to lure my clan base troops and to place some traps better.

As you can see, i put the tesla from the top to the bottom. Reason: The opponent tries usually to lure my clan base troops from there.

Also i relocated the spring-traps. I put them between the towers to make sure troops are always passing them.

The result gives me right: I got 6 times attacked and i only lost 1 star during this war. I am middle range in my clan (#14) and was attacked by #1 from the opponent clan. Eventhough he knew where my traps and tesslas where he could not manage to get even 1 star.

Against hog rider this base is awesome. Only against Giant in combination with Wizard I loose stars (max 1-2).

Nice work Buddy.. But if I am the attacker, I will always check for dual giant bombs around wiz tower. So in this case the giant bombs can easily be triggered with just 1 hogs each side. Which makes the giant bombs quite ineffective..

Secondly, The cc is very much lurable with single giant and with th9 defensive buildings we can make the cc real hard to lure.

And IMHO, this base is very much vulnerable to mass dragon.

You got pretty good defense log which sows the base performance in gold leagues. I'm curious to see how this base performs in crystal leagues..

By no means is this base perfect but it does do a fairly nice job. imo it is a tricky base to attack which is why I shared it. CC is curable and GB's are easily triggered but theres not much I can do about that Anyways thanks for the input

Put this on yesterday and my first 3 defenses were successful! Great base. I was using the tempest in TH8 and havent really found anything I like at th9 until this. \

One question though, and sorry if its been asked already..Is there a reason why to put the barracks inside the base over 4 collectors? Thanks

Sweet! And I just put barracks inside because they have less hit points making it slightly tougher for opponents to get 50% off of outside buildings. Honestly it does really make a difference though so feel free to swag them

I'll give this base a whirl on our upcoming CW, I will post results! I will tweak a few things though. Thanks for creating a base for use lazy people who will just search for them!

This base is amzing except one reason i wouldnt use it for war, THE CC ISNT CENTERED :'( i know its hard to centralise but still great base.
