Something needs to be done to protect players from having a low level player donating troops. We have a player who is doing it and we haven't been able to pin point the culprit. Problem is once you receive them you are stuck with them for the duration.

I agree. A lot of people in my clan discuss what they want and a lot of people ask for dragons or at least four star wizards and archers, then people goes around and donates level 1 archers an minions and stuff like that. I think that they think they are helping, but people request something very specific because you are stuck with it. Plus there are a lot of us that will look at a request and train exactly what they want. There is no need to go around and donate terrible troops.
