I am the cclan leader of my clan called MotherFraggers. The first war we had, It did not include me. I am a townhall 9 and I have 977 trophies (Silver 3). Were about to go into a second war and it has not included me again. How do I get included? Is it because I have a high town hall but low trophies? I have the best base in my clan, what do I do?

How many people are in the clan? For example, if your clan has 44 members and you are at the bottom of your clan and you find another clan with 45 members, it will round the war to 40 people so that is even amount. Are you at the bottom of your clan for trophies?

It's based on trophies. Raise your count and quit going for the abandon camps.
