A little research helped to identify the owner is part of the AfterDark clan, currently in the top 50 list and is called joebragg1.

Consider the money spent on the gems to get to this level, this can be considered a huge bargin, but without the fun of getting there.

Personally I wouldn't ever pay for someone else's base, it takes all the fun out of the game of battles and the upgrade journey. However, it does raise a good question: How much would you value your base?

im not even sure how that would work, you cant be certain he would delete the app data from his device and give you his gamecenter account. is it even possible ?

I don't get people who want to play a game, but clearly don't want to PLAY the game. Might as well just buy Game Center achievements directly or something (I know that isn't a perfect analogy).

There's a possibility of that as well which is why I've deliberately not included the link to the actual listing.

You can prob find it with a few searches, but that's your responsibility.

However, the seller is "garybragg" and the COC account is "joebragg", it's likely this is a genuine sell.
