• Suggestions about Barb King

So, I went TH7 not long ago, and I've finally decided to build my Dark Elixir Storage. (lolnoobiknow)

Question is, how hard will it be to raid 10,000 Dark Elixir? Should I simply buy it with (600)gems or it's not too much work?
Not that I'm lazy or anything, I farm over 4m every day, just wondering about this DE. And I'd really like having a barb king even though I heard he's not that usefull haha.

P.S: Money is not a problem, working two jobs. But that's not the point I'd rather enjoy the game than buy my goals. ;]

10,000 is possible to get. Do not gem it. Dark elixir is more available as you go high in trophies.

Not in my farming-trophy-range... I'm farming at around 1100-1200 max. I wouldn't go any higher since using TH7 I usually get 200/200~300/300 loots every attack (after searching the right ones to raid ofc).

I'm not gonna aim specificly for the barb king since he's not that much of a charm.

In this thread I was talking about the king only, heroes=king+queen. And I never thought they are THAT great. The king is only good for tanking imo. And this thread and yours have nothing in common brother! Didn't mean to insult you nor your ideas.

Ah and I simply think the king is cool and will improve my base looks... plus maybe scare some noobs off, haha.

Honestly, you won't be able to get the King at that trophy range, I am afraid. You would need to go 200-300 trophies and higher and make lightning spells like crazy and stay there for a week or two. It is doable at TH 7, but it requires effort.

i agree with zach. i noticed i find dark elixir storages with over 1,000 to loot around the 1,400 trophy range. i take 3 lightning spells level 3 and steal the dark elixir. try it yourself, its really fun, lol.

It's definitely possible to farm for it at that range, it just takes a while. I got mine between 1100-1300 over the course of about a week, it was pretty grueling as I never saw much over 200-400 in storages. But... 30 of those bases and getting lucky with 2 bases that had around 800-900 and it adds up.

If you're just looking to get it casually through natural farming runs you definitely wanna move up in trophs like others say though. I probably spent a million on searches at least to find the DE bases.

As everyone says, it's better the higher you go, and for future reference, this thread belongs in the tactic forums. This forum is for future ideas, not to ask questions about how to get more DE and such
