Every time I try to log on without using wifi, the loading bar fully loads, but then it freezes. I don´t know why, but I CAN log on with wifi, but not without it.I contacted my phone company, and everything is ok( I can connect to por 9339 and everything).Screenshot_2014-04-10-07-12-57[1].jpg
SOMETIMES I can log on without wifi, but its really weird, It´s like I had no connection at all. I cant go on clan wars, no attack or defense log, anything I do will not show up when I connect with wifi later, etc. In one of these moments, I actually managed to send a report, but I cant wait 1 month until someone responds me (See images down below)
This happened to me after the clan wars update, and since then, I can only connect to clash of clans using my wifi.
I also tried reinstalling (without wifi) and I can play the game until I have to attack the goblins, then the game crashes,and I cant log in again.
This is happening to some friends too, and we don´t know what to do.

I am connected to google plus also.

I dont know why all of this is happening, im going away from my house 1 week and I dont have wifi where I`m going.

same here. im on a 2 months trip abroad, so the only internet access i have is through the hotels wifi. ever since the update i cant log in, game gets stuck after the loading bar reaches 100%
however i still get notifications when my village gets attacked
Yep it's been more than 3 days now and still can't log on, I can log on through a 3G connection though. It is not my ISP, it a bug that needs fixing, I have tried ALL the solutions recommended by supercell and none of them has changed anything. I have logged a call for support and I recieve only a canned reply, if i have to wait 2 weeks for a reply from support it could take an age to sort out, please fix this problem,
There might be a problem with your device you're playing on.
My sugggestions
1. Delete Clash
2. Re Install it
3. Turn your device power off FULLY
4. Put it on
5. Load it up
If it still dosen't work contact Supercell
