I think the cooldown itself is quite a good idea, but maybe it shouldn't be after leaving 1 clan, but after leaving like 3 clans within a 24 hr period, you would get a 3 hr. shield

Agreed, if you hop between 3 clans in 24 hours, a longer cool down would be appropriate. Supercell Please!!!!

I have posted something like this. In a nutshell it will be on their profile saying how many clans they have been in and on average gave and took.

I fail to see how 'hopping' constitutes an advantage for the hopper or for the clan that they hop to- and being a hopper often means that you DO NOT find a clan to settle in.

HMMM now what's the problem with only a 20 minute cool down? Oh year the time in between troop request is also 20 minutes? See the problem? Only 20 minutes for a cool down wouldn't affect hoppers in any way whatsoever.

i think it's fine it's a good punishment. And ppl wait all the time in CoC(it is a patience game btw) so I think that 3hrs is perfectly appropriate
