i cannot attack in clan wars!

Someone please help, it will not let me scout or attack in clans wars! Please fix this!

I also can't attack or scout but other people in my clan can. I don't know what is happening but I hope Supercell fixes this soon!

I had this problem too, the trick is not to use scouting. Pressing scout basically freezes the game to where you cant collect from pumps/mines or train up your army, among other things. To temporarily fix this, you need to completely reboot COC. If you're on an iOS device go to multitasking, and clear out COC. If you're on android, hold down on the home button, and swipe on COC, to the right or left. Then open up COC again, go straight to CW, and you can attack, do NOT use the Scout button. To still scout the base you can press attack, view the base, then end the attack. Doing this will not penalize you, or use up one of your two attack attempts in CW. Hope this helps! So we can't scout? That is not great for me ...
