Yes I believe so as long as your clan wins, not sure if your clan loses though.

... How would they get the loot? War win bonus is only from your attacks. If you didnt win any attacks you wont get anything...
The War Bonus can be thought of as a loot bonus. You get the same amount for 1-3 stars, but don't get any for 0 stars. Better luck next time.

I read you get loot from winning the individual attacks (which I did), and if your clan wins overall, you all get a bonus...
It says the day after the war day, the winning loot for winning clan is delivered to clan castle.
