[FIXED]:Cannot Attack or Scout!

Worked fine on prep day. Now on battle day, when I click scout nothing happens. Other things like resource collection stops working too, but if I bounce the app resource collection works again but scout still doesn't. I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and rebooting phone, same result. Most of my clan mates say they are experiencing the same problem, although it works for a few of them.

Hopefully the problem will be fixed before battle day is over!

This may be a bit different than previous posts, so I hope it helps.

I had the heads up in reguards to not using the scout option and it was suggested to use the attack option to scout and simply end the battle before time ran out. This worked a few times, then, after trying again, the screen froze on the enemy base page, showed that I was in a battle and progressed no further. I tapped the red X to close the screen, which it did, but when my base appeared, the view immediately clouded over and went to the enemy base I had last attacked/(scouted).

This has not altered my progression, as I have not attacked yet and still have my initial two, but I have not tried any further than stated above due to not knowing the negative affect this bug may have.

Edit: In addition, while being on the war page, the screen randomly selects a base to scout, that is, a base that is not currently in my enemy clans clan. After reviewing a replay, the same thing may happen.

No one in our clan can Scout...at all. I have both iOS and android...scout doesn't work on either.
